Sam and I have both been working hard on trying to get our house decorated and make it feel homey.. we are both getting sick of boxes everywhere and unpacking! so this weekend we are getting crafty!!
Right now our flat screen tv is sitting on a little red night stand and just looks so silly in our family room. so this weekend we will be building a dresser! iv been hunting and hunting for one for me just refurnish but man people are asking for way too much money! we found a plan online from ana-white.com (you got to check it out amazing stuff if you like to build things!) but i kinda messed the plans up and changed a few things :) im excited and i hope it turns out just how i want it!
so this is a picture of the plan we will KINDA be following.. i do love it but we both wanted to add some barn wood to it so we changed it up!
While Sam is building my amazing dresser i will be painting some new curtains!! yes i said painting! ok so ill just be painting some stripes onto some curtains :) im excited and thing they will look great in our family room. here is my inspiration photo! cant remember the blog i found it off of so ill have to search and then let yall know!
